Lauren Delgado, CNM, ARNP
Lauren is a board certified nurse midwife (CNM) who has been working with women and families since 2015. She was called to midwifery years ago through her love of mission work in countries around the world. She has had the privilege of attending hundreds of births, both as a labor & delivery nurse and as a midwife.
Lauren is a strong supporter of holistic care and believes that optimal health is supported by many practices such as a balanced diet, chiropractic care, acupuncture, exercise, and more. Lauren is currently under the study of Dr. Aviva Romm where she is enrolled in the Herbal Medicine for Women course. She plans to intertwine this education into her midwifery work caring for women in all stages of life.
Outside of her midwifery work, Lauren spends the majority of her time with her family. They love to travel, cook, and spend time outdoors. Her husband (Jose) is her biggest supporter. Lauren & Jose have two beautiful little girls...one born in the hospital and one born at home! She has an entirely new perspective on pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum time since becoming a mother herself.

Amy, RN
Amy is a Registered Nurse (RN) with 4 years of experience working as a Labor & Delivery Nurse. She has vast experience in all things L&D including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal care.
Outside of her job as a home birth L&D nurse, Amy is also an award winning maternity, newborn and family photographer. You may also know her as Iris & Willow Photography. While Amy is busy working two jobs she is passionate about, she is also a mother to three beautiful children ages 13, 11 and 7 and a wife to her best friend and soulmate of 14 years. Her family loves the outdoors and recently moved to an acreage in Madrid where they completed a total renovation on a 100 year old house and built a large building which will soon be the home of a brand new beautiful studio for her photography clients.
Jessica, RN
Hello, I’m Jessica! I wear many hats at this period in my life- I am a wife, a mother to two crazy boys, a nurse, and a photographer. I thrive in chaos, and pride myself on my ability to calm storms and put out fires. I have spent my life seeking joy and surrounding myself with things that I love in both my personal and professional life. I’ve been blessed with so many opportunities to share my joy and passion with others, and to share in the joy and beautiful moments of countless families.
After graduating from Mercy College of Health Sciences as an RN, I spent 7 years caring for moms through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum in the hospital setting. I have trained and worked extensively in high risk antepartum care, triage, labor, postpartum, lactation support, and infant loss. I assisted in the care and deliveries of thousands of women during my hospital time. I left the hospital in 2020 after giving birth to my second son, and have spent the last 2 years managing a private family practice clinic, as well as working PRN as a care coordinator for Childserve, and running my own small business as a family photographer. I’ve always been truly passionate about informed choice and compassionate care, and have spent my career as a nurse advocating for and empowering women and families.
I believe that for many women, pregnancy and birth is an uncomplicated natural process that requires little medical intervention. I believe in empowering and educating women to make the choices for their own body and their own pregnancy that align with their beliefs, their desires, and their chosen plan. I believe that one of the most important things we can do as medical professionals is to support and advocate for their wishes, and hold space for them through their journey. I believe in the strength of birthing women and the incredible bond of mothers and their babies. I believe in the beauty and joy of all birth.
